The Magical Power of Midol

When I was a little kid, I remember asking my mom what Midol was for. She told me it was like aspirin for girls. It wasn’t too long after, I was sneaking Midol out of the house and too school with me.

I would keep a couple in my pocket and during recess, I would throw a couple in my mouth while standing at the drinking fountain. I wanted to believe they would help turn me into a girl.

It obviously never worked. 😦
